been a while...

I finally have added a lot of new content to the site. All of my current paintings are now represented and adding lots of photography as well.
 Seems as though I set this blog thing up to impart wisdom, sarcasm, stream of unconsciousness or what ever random crap to seep into my skull. And failed badly. Anyway, sorry that I am not the gifted writer that some of my friends are.
Just a quick update, went to see the Vivian Maier exhibit at Sherrick and Paul Gallery. Most interesting work. The story behind the work is even more amazing.
 Still doing the Art Crawl downtown each month. Still have to get around to the Fort Houston area. Hoping that the East Side Second Saturday Art Stumble continues to grow so we have places on this side of town to migrate towards. Excited about the Firehall at Douglas Ave. and Gallatin Road being given a reprieve as a new venture. Waiting to see what it becomes.
Still fighting that dam painter's block but am taking lots of pictures, so all is not lost. Maybe an image will shake the cobwebs out and I will grab brush and go. I have given a few folks free reign to nag the crap out of me until I do.
